Avoid the Time-Bombs & Live Longer

What are Time-Bombs? They are those substances found in our diet which have a potentially devastating effect upon the human body. Here is a list of the major Time-Bombs:

1. refined sugar
2. white flour
3. alcoholic beverages
4. processed or cured meats
5. deep-fried foods
6. refined vegetable oils, such as corn, sunflower, safflower and soybean oil
7. margarine and other hydrogenated vegetable oils, such as Crisco or shortening
8. pesticides and herbicides
9. industrial chemicals
10. radioactive chemicals
11. heavy metals
12. cigarettes

Are you scared? You should be, because each day you are getting a dose of not one but many of these Time-Bombs. However, there is no need to despair. Though it is not possible to entirely avoid exposure to these substances, you can largely control the first seven listed above. If you do nothing more than remove these seven dietary Time-Bombs from your life-style, you will enjoy better health.

The first seven items on the Time-bomb list can be largely controlled by dietary and life-style alterations.
