Natural Health Care Products

Hello Everyone,

Here is an email I just received from a client who has chronic health problems...... "I'm constantly thinking of how to better heal myself. While meditating it came to me that my body is absorbing chemicals from many areas including my hair products. I did an extensive research on the ingredients of several products that I use and have used for many, many, years and discovered hazards listed as:

* estrogenic chemicals and other endocrine disruptors
* classified as toxic
* immune system toxicants
* potential for harmful impurities
* potentially contain with or breaking down into chemicals linked to cancer or other significant health problems.
* gastrointestinal or liver toxicant
* cardiovascular or blood toxicant
* skin/sense organ toxicant
* penetration enhancer
* neurotoxicity hazard
* alter skin structure allowing other chemicals to penetrate deeper into the skin increasing the amounts of other chemicals that reach the bloodstream.

These products consisted of shampoo, hair gel, hair conditioners, hair oils, things that I've used and was unaware of their composition. I'm glad that I'm now aware but need to know if there is anything I could do now to undue effects: of course I threw everything away."

I like that.. she threw everything away immediately! That is sane! What is insane is the fact that these poisons are found in nearly all such products, all commercial products and many so-called health products! (Though not in products found at Long Natural Health.)

I want to take this opportunity to alert all my clients and readers.... many of you are using shampoos, skin creams, cosmetics, hair sprays, deodorants, toothpastes, soaps, hair colorants... and also household cleaners, air fresheners, carpet cleaners, furniture polishes, bug sprays, weed killers, insect repellants, sun screens.... and numerous other products laden with chemicals that have contributed to your health problems and are making you ill day by day in ways you do not suspect, setting you up for all manner of diseases and chronic illnesses.

Go ahead, do what this wise woman did, look up all those chemical names on your products, find out what you are putting into your bodies, your children, your lives. Hopefully this will serve as a wake up call, and will prevent a lot of pain and suffering down the road.

My advice: Do not use ANY chemicals, any product with chemicals, on your skin, on your hair, in your environment, in your air, in your water. Ban them from your life. Look again at the list above. That is only the beginning of what one person is putting into her body. People have no idea how they are slowly poisoning themselves, and how it causes ill health. Understand, the companies that make this stuff, the stores that sell it to you, and the FDA and other government agencies that your taxes pay for -- do not care or think it is a problem that this stuff is entering your body. Remember, what you put on your skin or hair, spread on your skin or spray around your houses, goes into your body no differently than if you eat it.

If you suffer from any health problem, depression, hormone problems, pains and aches, chronic diseases, or care to live a healthy life and care that your children and family's also live a healthy life, then rid your life and homes of all chemicals. Go through your homes, medicine chests, under the sinks, closets, garages, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators and throw all the junk out! Stop buying chemical cleansers, synthetic vitamins, foods sprayed with chemicals, foods fortified with synthetic vitamins, foods with artificial colors and preservatives, irradiated foods; stop drinking fluoridated water, stop getting vaccinations with mercury and aluminum in them, stop using anti-bacterial soaps and cleansers (they are estrogenic and hormone disruptors), stop putting carcinogenic dyes on your hair, stop spraying hormone disruptors around your house, stop putting cosmetics filled with chemicals and toxic metals on your face and lips, etc!

Secondly, I recommend everyone periodically detoxify your bodies of the toxins that are major contributors to all health problems, cause premature aging, and cause diseases like cancer, MS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, depression, and all types of thyroid and hormone imbalances.

Here is a list of products I offer to detox, cleanse and purify your body....

*** Aerobic Life 10 Day Colon Cleanse. Do this 2-3x a year.
