When people first come to me we usually need to concentrate on improving digestion and diet, improving intestinal health, and often hormonal, adrenal and thyroid problems. Last week I spoke about many different needs and reasons for detoxing the body. As I promised, this week I am concentrating my letter on one of the most important things you could ever do for your health, and your children's health.

Everyone who uses Oral Chelation/Longevity should first cleanse their liver and colon. Begin with Aerobic Life 10 Day Colon Cleanse . At the same time .begin Extended Health Liver Support Formula Liver Support Formula: Take 1 3x approx. 30 min before meals (though anytime before will work). After a week, go to 2 3x. After two more weeks, go to 3 3x. After 2 weeks on 3 3x, reduce to 2 3x for another 2 weeks, then reduce to 1 3x.

Now you are ready to begin the Oral Chelation. Follow the OC directions carefully. You will begin with 1 and build up to 3 (of each product, Oral Chelation and Longevity, they are sold as a kit). For at least the first 3 months of Oral Chelation, continue to take Liver Support 1 3x. Many of you only need to do OC for 3 months. Others will need to do it for 6 months or longer. It all depends on how much you need or want to chelate. The HMA (Hair Test) can tell you at the 3 month period if you need to keep chelating metals or not. A hair test analysis will not give you valid results if done before the 3 month point of chelating. If your metal load is high at 3 months, then you should continue OC to 6 months, and test again. Most people then show low to no toxic metals. OC is also cleaning out all your arteries and circulatory system. I have no test for this, though there are medical tests available. Many people do the OC just to prevent or reverse heart disease.

If at any point during the Liver Cleanse or Oral Chelation, you should have cleansing symptoms such as headache, nausea, skin rashes, extreme fatigue (that is not remedied by drinking adequate water, the most common problem), then you need to skip a day or two and perhaps drop back to a lesser dose and work up slowly. I am always available to help you troubleshoot and make decisions how to proceed. Most of the time there are no such problems. If your kidneys are weak, then Thera-zyme Kdy should also be taken during the chelation process.

This may sound like a lot, it really isn't, I just wanted to give all the information up front so it is available for everyone to refer to. Whatever the time or expense, this is one of the most worthwhile things you will ever do for your health.
