Happy 2007! That was quick. Here we are, into another year! I hope you have rededicated yourselves to being healthier and happier. Here are seven major keys to achieving great health that pertain to everyone:

1) Divide your weight by 3, and drink that many ounces of pure water every day.
2) Detox: begin by cleansing your colon with Aerobic Life 10 Day Colon Cleanse . It is simple and very effective, and it won't disrupt your life. A healthy, clean colon is a major key to getting healthy and staying healthy. Also detox your liver , kidneys , xeno-estrogens , heavy metals and arteries. 3) Use Probiotics often.
4) Take digestive plant enzymes ( Thera-zymes ) at the start of every meal. And if your digestion is very weak or you eat a lot of cooked foods (especially animal foods), or you eat out a lot in restaurants take Quantum HCL Detox at the end of your meals.
5) Exercise daily, at least a good walk. And intensely 2-3 times a week (break a sweat).

Everyone, unless you are a saint, has emotional garbage and negative mind messages buried within your mind and nervous system. You believe you don't precisely because it is unconscious.

A FEW PRICE CHANGES:
The New Year is bringing a few price changes: BioNativus is raising their CalMagZinc and Liquid Mineral Concentrate by $1.00 Glucobetic is going up from $29.95 to $33.95.

And we need to raise our shipping, by .75 cents. Costs have been going up and I have not raised it is some years. This is a minimal amount to cut down our losses. Long Natural Health does not make any money on shipping, and this will remain true. So in January our shipping rate will go to $5.50 We will still give free shipping for orders over $300.00 and free shipping for any order containing 5 or more Thera-zymes.

Last but not least, in 2007, as has been my practice in past years, 10% of all profits paid to my self or Long Natural Health will be given to charity.
