Auto-ship eliminates the hassle of having to remember to place your orders before you run out of products that you use on a regular basis.

How Does My Auto Refill Order Ship?
You will be billed on the date you choose when setting up your auto-ship subscription. Once we have received your payment we will process your order within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days, from when we process your order. Your auto-ship order will go out via USPS First Class Shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
*If you are wanting your auto-ship product to arrive to you on a certain day of each month, we recommend setting your billing date 3-5 days before you would like to receive it.
Is Auto-ship Available Internationally?
Unfortunately auto-ship on international orders is not available at this time. If you are an international client, please check back with us in the future as this service may become available at a later date.
Will I Receive a Notice Each Time Before an Auto-Ship Order is Shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email notification that your auto-ship order is getting ready to ship. Please make sure that your payment and address information is current on your auto-ship orders. If you need any help updating your information, please feel free to reach out to us at 303-845-1827 M-F 7:30AM-2:30PM MST. We will be happy to do it for you and walk you through the process.
What if my card is declined on a billing cycle?
If your card is initially declined on your selected billing date, we will reach out to you to update it. Our system will automatically retry to bill you 2 more times every 5 days, for that cycle. If the charge doesn't go through in the retry cycle, then your subscription will resume on its regular frequency that you selected for the next billing date. If it gets declined again during your next scheduled interval, we will cancel your subscription for you.
How Do I Sign Up?
Search for the product you wish to subscribe to. Once on the product page, there is a drop down menu on the right that says SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE. Choose the frequency you wish to order, and then click add to cart. Proceed through the checkout process and you will be prompted to complete the auto-ship sign up process.
