knee problems - denise - tennessee [firstname.lastname@example.org]
I fell recently and strained the MCL in my right knee. On the X-ray Dr.Johnson noticed that I have a bone spur on my ACL. Other than the fact I know they hurt like @!##@ what exactly did I do and what is a bone spur? Other than the surgery they are talking about is there anything I can do?

Usually it means your body is out of balance concerning minerals. There usually is an increased need for magnesium especially, and calcium too (see Bio Nativus Calcium-Magnesium product). You best consult with a holistic practitioner. My UAkit would help determine your needs. An over-the-counter product that would help with pain and healing is PK5.
