Tension and Depression

Tension and Depression

Tension and Depression - Debbie - Ontario
Thanks for the information. One thing that I would like to know. Why does everyone ask "What is bothering you that makes you depressed?" I don't think that anything is bothering me. I have been told that I have a chemical imbalance. And also hereditary doesn't help. As my mom and dad have had depression. But also I would love to able to get off medications. Headaches don't help. I would like to know what I can do to start to change in order for me to get rid of the depression and headaches. I am now off effexor and back on Zoloft. My energy is low, I have trouble sleeping and I find it hard to go out and enjoy myself. It's at the point where I am willing to do anything. Thanks Debbie

There is often an emotional cause or contributing factor behind depression, but it can be solely biochemical. It is good to check all angles. It is very difficult with such little information to help you. I am sure I could help you resolve these problems if you were my client. The best way is to order a Health Consultation here on my web site. It is the best way for me to get a full picture of your physical and nutritional health needs and to make the best recommendations. Otherwise it is just guess work. If you have further questions that you need to ask me before ordering, contact me directly at timothylong@longnaturalhealth.com. I can also work with you as a counselor and coach, see my web site at www.imaginehealing.com.
