Wheat allergy?

Wheat allergy?

Wheat allergy? - Jojo - Australia
Every time I eat wheat I end up crying the next day, and feeling like I have no energy. Have you heard of anything like this before?

Yes. Obviously don't eat wheat. I would also avoid other grains with glutens. I would use digestive enzymes with meals, take good probiotics, and do a liver-gallbladder and colon cleanse. The best digestive enzyme formulas we have that digest grains and glutens are Thera-Zyme Pan and Premier Digestase-SP.

Let your colon rest for 3-4 months without any grains that have gluten. The gluten free grains would be Buckwheat, millet, Rice, Amaranth, Quinoa. Colon cleanse with supporting herbs. Then introduce the wheat very slowly. If symptoms return then rest it again, let it heal or just enjoy a wheat free diet.

Glenn has given good advice. I would follow what he says plus use Thera-Zyme Pan and high quality probiotics like Premier Probiotic Caps or Delpro. Also use Thera-Zyme Irb for a few months.
