Partially Torn Posterior Tibialis Tendon
Partially torn posterior tibialis tendon
Partially torn posterior tibialis tendon - debi - Raleigh, NC [firstname.lastname@example.org]
I have been diagnosed with this Stage II of this tear. I was casted for a month, wore a "boot" for almost two, and now have a custom-made ankle brace that is trying to hold all back in place. I am doing physical therapy 2X a week. I am unable to get any advice, however, on "alternative" suggestions to promoste healing. (i.e. supplements, foods, or alternative treatments) Do you have any suggestions?

To build your body's health and stength, so it can heal is exactly what you need to do. This has to be tailored to you personally and your individual needs. To help you, I need to have you order the In-depth Health Consult. All the details are in the E-Store. The sooner you order it and return it, the sooner we can speak. I wish you well soon.

I am extremely interested in what your suggestions are for supplements and food to help with healing of the posterior tibialis tendon. Mine is frayed and I am currently on crutches and in a boot.
