DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
- FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders + $100.00 (USD)
- $6.95 flat rate ground shipping fee for U.S. orders under $100 (USD)
- Our knowledgeable shipping team will choose the most optimized shipping method based on your address, the products you have ordered, and the size of your order. We utilize USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS services.
- If you require that your order is shipped by a specific method – please call or text us to make sure that we ship with your specifications.
- Orders may arrive in more than one shipment.
- When placing your order, please be aware that only USPS ships to APO and PO Box addresses.
- By agreeing to the terms and conditions at checkout, customer assumes full responsibility for their order after Long Natural Health transfers orders to the shipping carrier.
- Please contact us within five (5) business days to initiate a return or replacement if you experience any fulfillment, shipping or quality issues, including incomplete or incorrect orders. See our Return Policy
- Contact the shipping carrier directly if any package or product damage occurred during shipping.
- In the event that severe weather, a natural disaster, or some other uncontrollable event causes a delay of your expedited shipment, shipping refunds are not available.
DOMESTIC PROCESSING TIMES and SHIPPING TIMES
- US Orders: 1-2 business days
- LNH does not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays - A "Business Day" is Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal or observed holidays.
- Please note that if you MUST receive a package from us with a tight deadline – call or text us so that we can advise the best way to make sure this is possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
- International customers must confirm their order is allowed by customs in their country. Long Natural Health is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to customs regulations.
- Premier Research Labs products can be ordered directly to Canada ONLY by contacting our office and paying a flat fee of $33 to cover Premiers mandatory FedEx shipping fees. Please email, text or call in your order.
- Dr. Peat’s Progest- E and Stellar Biotics (Del Immune) can also be ordered on our website and shipped to Canada, Australia and New Zealand without restrictions, no minimum.
- Quality First Coconut Oil can still be ordered on our website and shipped internationally.
- Long Natural Health does not refund International orders for any reason once they leave our office and are delivered to the shipping carrier.
- Please note that free shipping on orders +$100 (USD) is not available for international orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROCESS
When a brand says you cannot order to your country, we can make exceptions for some brands and some countries. Please inquire with us. These are the basic options and requirements:
- $250 order minimum
- $20 handling fee
- 1 Week order processing time
- Approximately 2-6 weeks delivery time (not guaranteed).
- Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and issues with deliveries.

- Your international shipping address.
