Shipping and Return Policies

All domestic orders over $100 currently qualify for free shipping!

Free shipping is only available on orders over $100 shipping via USPS Priority Mail within the United States.

*We can ship UPS upon request!

Please read on for information about our shipping department and FAQ.

Our shipping department is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 3pm Mountain Standard Time.

Once your order is placed online, your credit card will be charged the cost of the product and shipping. Colorado and Boulder County/City Residents will be charged Sales Tax. 

Your order will be sent within 24 hours of processing.

If your order is placed on a Friday after 2pm, the order will not ship until the following Monday. 
Once your order is processed for shipping, no further changes can be made. 


I am an International customer; What are the shipping options available to me?
International shipping options are as follows:
  • USPS First Class Mail
  • USPS Priority International
  • USPS Express Mail International

As an international customer, you may choose any one of these options for shipping your package at checkout. To calculate shipping cost and expected delivery time, please visit the website of the carrier you wish to use. Your package will be shipping from Boulder, Colorado. 


For specific information regarding international shipping to your address via USPS, please visit the USPS website. We cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost during shipment that do not have insurance coverage. If you wish to have insurance coverage on your package please select Priority Mail Express International (This option insures up to $200). Please Note: Certain shipping options like First Class Package does not offer tracking, insurance, etc. when paid for. Priority Mail International does include a tracking number but does not include insurance. We highly suggest using Priority Express, as too often International packages are being delayed a long time in customs or being lost.

We apologize, but International returns are not accepted (including Canada, Puerto Rico and Caribbean). 
What is your return policy?

You must Contact Us within 10 days of receiving the item and request a return.
The item must be received within 30 days of receipt, unopened, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition. 

If a received item is not in its appropriate condition you will be contacted and other arrangements will be made. Please do not leave your item in a vehicle, as excess heat will damage products.

What if I ordered the wrong product? 
If you ordered the wrong product and the order has already shipped, we will be happy to send the requested product with an additional shipping fee. 
We will be unable to refund the incorrect product until this item is received, in resellable, undamaged, non-heat exposed condition.   We apologize but we are unable to cover the shipping expense of returning the incorrectly ordered item. The item must be received by Long Natural Health within 20 Days of you receiving your original order.
What if I was sent the wrong product? 

If you receive an incorrect item, please Contact Us as soon as possible. 
We are very happy to send the correct product and will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product.
Meanwhile, an invoice will be created for the incorrect item, if we do not receive the incorrect item return within 30 Days, we will contact you. 
If after this time we do not receive the item nor contact--you will be charged for this item.
What if UPS/USPS/FEDEX does not deliver my package when I specifically requested? 
If Long Natural Health ships the item within the specified and appropriate time frame and there is an unforeseen circumstance in which FedEx/UPS/USPS has mechanical, technical or processing issues that delay your shipment, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. Long Natural Health is not responsible for “In Transit Issues” that are uncontrollable by Long Natural Health’s Shipping Department. 
We apologize if this is inconvenient, and we hope you understand. 

A product didn’t help me, what can you do?
Though many of our clients receive good results with these products, we cannot guarantee your individual results. We do appreciate your feedback, and would like the opportunity to troubleshoot the issue or help you with a better recommendation.

A product gave me a strange reaction (detox effect, pain, doctor visit, etc.). What can you do for me?
The products we provide are painstakingly chosen for their quality and safety. We do appreciate feedback and certainly seek your satisfaction. However, it is ultimately consumer responsibility to educate oneself on ingredients, possible effects, and seek the guidance of experienced practitioner(s). 
We have dedicated this website to the education of health and do our best to assist you and your needs. If you are unsure, or need further help, please arrange a consultation with one of our specialists or seek the advice of your health care provider.

I changed my mind on this product; what is your return policy?
Please Contact Us before returning the product.  Upon receiving confirmation you may return the product at your own expense of shipping. 
Please include a note or printed copy of the email confirmation. The item will be credited to your credit card upon receiving, pending its condition.
The item must be received within 30 days of placing your order.
Do you accept returns on special orders?

We cannot accept returns on special orders at this time. 
What is the return policy on health consultations and coaching?

All refunds will be processed less 5% of the original payment amount.
