We do not share ANY of your personal information with anyone outside our office, ever! We only use your email of phone to contact you directly in relation to your order. We rarely send out offers by email. It is your choice whether or not to receive our newsletter or email offers. We fully respect our customers privacy and all our systems are set up with the highest security and privacy in mind.

Yes, very safe. No one in our office has access to credit card information entered on our website. Your credit card information is encrypted and secure. Our web cart system is built with the leading technology available today and 100% secure. Our credit card processor is Authorize.net, and again, all data is secure and encrypted.

Yes. All unopened, dry storage items, sold in the USA, can be returned within 30 days. We do not accept returns of refrigerated items. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All products must be undamaged. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Package the return carefully, include a copy of your receipt and let us know if you would like a store credit or a refund.

We're sorry but, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products sold internationally. 

If your order was made on-line by credit card, be sure to call our office to provide the information necessary to issue a refund. Mail your package to the address provided on our contact page.

The products we offer have all been well researched. The majority of our products are professional and doctor trusted brands. Every single product we carry has been personally chosen and approved by the owner and founder of Long Natural Health, Timothy Long. He began the company over 20 years ago with the intention of providing health information and products that can be fully trusted and that truly work. He always asks, “Would I take this product myself or give it to my own family?” Our products have to be safe, very high quality and effective. The majority of our products do not contain inorganic chemicals. We believe supplements should be as close to nature as possible. Read more on our About Us page.

Absolutely! We have access to thousands of products we don't show in our web catalog. We would love to assist you in finding the products you want.

Yes, we do ship internationally. However, orders to the United Kingdom have a minimum purchase requirement of 135GBP ($195.00 USD), due to tax and duties changes. Because of these changes, implemented by the British Government, orders to the UK can only be shipped via UPS Services. As of October 1st, 2021, because of the EU and UK's new implementation of their tax and customs laws we can only offer DDP delivery options at this time for those regions.

Please note that with the rise in the COVID Pandemic, international packages that are going by World Wide Economy (DDU and DDP), First Class International Mail, and Priority International Express Mail, can sometimes take more than 28 days to arrive. Because of labor shortages, we are currently seeing some packages take 2-4 months to get to our international customers. This is especially true when a Duties Unpaid option is selected.

Once we pass it off to the customer selected delivery method, we are no longer responsible for how long it takes to get to international destinations. We will not be giving refunds on these orders that use the most cost efficient way to mail them. Please take that into consideration when choosing your shipping method. At this point, we recommend using a UPS expedited service if you need your order within a certain time frame and those services are guaranteed by the carrier. leaf-symbol-1-.jpgAre Loomis Enzymes, Thera-zyme and Chiro-zyme the same?

All are identical formulations manufactured by Dr. Loomis' Enzyme Formulations (EFI). Therazyme and Chirozyme labels are being phased out, and all formulas will now be sold under the Loomis Enzymes label. These formulations can no longer be sold on the internet, though we sell them out of our office in Boulder, CO. For further information on obtaining these formulas, contact us.
