We do not share ANY of your personal information with anyone outside our office, ever! We only use your email of phone to contact you directly in relation to your order. We rarely send out offers by email. It is your choice whether or not to receive our newsletter or email offers. We fully respect our customers privacy and all our systems are set up with the highest security and privacy in mind.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Credit card information is not stored in your account or on our website. No one in our office has access to credit card information entered on our website. Your credit card information is encrypted and secure. Our web cart system is built with the leading technology available today and 100% secure.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. All unopened items can be returned within 30 days. We do not accept returns of refrigerated items. All products must be undamaged. Package carefully, include a copy of your receipt and let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.
If your order was made on-line by credit card, be sure to call our office to provide the information necessary to provide a refund. Mail your package to the address provided on our contact page.
How can I trust the supplements you sell?
The products we offer have all been well researched. The majority of our products are professional and doctor trusted brands. Every single product we carry has been personally chosen and approved by the owner and founder of Long Natural Health, Timothy Long. He began the company over 20 years ago with the intention of providing health information and products that can be fully trusted and that truly work. He always asks, “Would I take this product myself or give it to my own family?” Our products have to be safe, very high quality and effective. The majority of our products do not contain inorganic chemicals. We believe supplements should be as close to nature as possible. Read more on our About Us page.
Can I request an item you don't carry?
Absolutely! We have access to thousands of products we don't show in our web catalog. We would love to assist you in finding the products you want. Just call or email us.

Are Thera-zymes and Chiro-zymes the same?
Both are identical formulations manufactured by Dr. Loomis' Enzyme Formulations (EFI). The name Chiro-zyme is usually carried by Chiropractors, and Thera-zyme is carried by naturopaths and other health professionals. We no longer carry these formulations in our online catalog. For further information on obtaining these formulas, contact us.
