USPS Priority Mail International*
6-10 business days. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays. This service is better than first class mail, but not as good as USPS Express Mail, FedEx or UPS. Automatically insured up to $200 for loss or damage. Customers are responsible for filing a claim with USPS in the event of lost, damaged, or undelivered mail.

Express Mail is the fastest, most reliable USPS Mail option. Customers are responsible for filing a claim with USPS in the event of lost, damaged, or undelivered mail.
FedEx International Economy
A day-definite, customs-cleared, door-to-door economy service. Transit time is typically 5 working days, however, there may be delays due to the global pandemic. Recommended for International orders.
FedEx International Priority Express
Approximately 1-2 days depending on your country and address. There may be delays due to the global pandemic. Recommended for International orders.
UPS Worldwide Saver
Approximately 1-3 days depending on your country and address. There may be delays due to the global pandemic. Recommended for International orders.

Back-Ordered Items
If an item you purchased is on backorder, we will contact you to discuss your options, especially in situations where it is unclear when items will be back in stock, or if we have equal or better options in stock. If we are unable to reach you within 7 business days, the backordered item(s) will be canceled and refunded. We will make every effort possible to contact you before canceling your order.
If an item you purchased is backordered, you may proceed with one of the following options:
1. We will hold your order until the backordered item becomes available and will ship it then.
2. We will cancel and refund you for the backordered item and notify you when the item is available again.
3. If you ordered multiple items we can ship the in-stock items at the time of purchase and drop ship the back-ordered items separately once they become available. This option may incur an additional shipping charge.
