Long Natural Health charges $6.95 for standard shipping. We offer free ground shipping to all customers within the United States on orders over $100. Tracking information comes with all orders and will be emailed to you when your order ships.

*Please note that order turnaround times may take 1-2 business days longer during US national holidays.

If you want a guaranteed delivery time you must choose USPS Express Shipping or UPS Ground. We recommend these services during hot weather for items that are sensitive to heat (especially items such as oils and probiotics). USPS Priority Shipping does not guarantee a delivery time, only an estimation.

International Shipping & Handling Times

Please Note: We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom on orders below 135 GBP ($195.00 USD). For EU orders there is no purchase minimum. Because of the EU and UK's new implementation of their tax and customs laws we can only offer DDP delivery options at this time for those regions.

Please consider placing a larger order, if going to the UK or the EU, to save on shipping. Most of our products, like Progest-E, have a shelf life of 2-3 years. Any order to the United Kingdom or EU countries, will now only be able to choose Duties Paid options due to the UK's implementation of new Duties and Customs laws.

As of October 1st, 2021, USPS International First Class has been suspended to New Zealand. As of October 25th, 2021, International Priority Mail Express Services are being delayed and no longer guaranteed in the 3-5 day delivery time frame.  This is due to the Australian and New Zealand governments' implementation of precautions due to the pandemic. Until further notice, we will only be offering UPS expedited services for orders to NZ.

For Australian orders, postal service has resumed, but delivery time frames are not guaranteed through the US Postal Service. We recommend using UPS Expedited services if you need your order within a certain time frame. Thank you for understanding.

Free shipping is unavailable on international orders. To view all shipping carriers & rates, please place the items you wish to order in your cart and proceed to checkout. Once your shipping address has been entered, all available carriers and rates will be displayed. 

Please note that with the rise in the COVID Pandemic, international packages that are going by World Wide Economy (DDU and DDP), First Class International Mail, and Priority International Express Mail, can sometimes take more than 28 days to arrive. Because of labor shortages, we are currently seeing some packages take 2-4 months to get to our international customers. This is especially true when a Duties Unpaid option is selected.

Once we pass it off to the, customer selected delivery method, we are no longer responsible for how long it takes to get to international destinations.

We will not be giving refunds on these orders that use the most cost efficient way to mail them (Duties Unpaid Shipping Methods). Please take that into consideration when choosing your shipping method. At this point, we recommend using a UPS expedited service if you need your order within a certain time frame and those services are guaranteed by the carrier.

Long Natural Health is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, returned or undelivered mail. By agreeing to the terms and conditions the customer assumes full responsibility for their order after we hand it off to the shipping carrier. If you choose a DDU option for your shipping method, then you are responsible for taxes and duties to be paid in your country. Any international orders that are returned to us for any reason, we will not be giving refunds for those orders. Please choose your shipping method according to your needs.

We stand behind our products 100%, and your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you experience any fulfillment, shipping, or quality issues with an order, such as an incomplete or incorrect order, or if any damage occurred during shipping, please contact us within five business days to initiate a return or replacement. Please note, that for international orders, once the package is handed off to the shipping carrier, that the Customer assumes all responsibility for the package, as stated in the above paragraph.
