- Notify customer service via email (info@longnaturalhealth) or phone (303) 845-1827, within five business days to initiate a return or a replacement.
- Replacements and returns only offered for orders shipped within the USA. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products sold internationally.)
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and for sending the products according to the specifications given when the return is authorized by our Customer Service team.Please remember - You Must Communicate with Customer Service Before Returning Items. We will provide you with instructions for how and where to send your return.
Long Natural Health is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered mail that is not the fault of our fulfillment and shipping. By agreeing to the terms and conditions the customer assumes full responsibility for choosing their shipping method, providing a proper address, and for claiming the package on their end. Long Natural Health will do everything we can to help resolve any issues that arise.
International Orders: The customer is responsible for taxes and duties to be paid in your country. We will not be giving refunds for any international orders that are returned to us for any reason.
