If you experience any fulfillment, shipping, or quality issues with an order, such as an incomplete or incorrect order, or if any damage occurred during shipping, please contact us within five business days to initiate a return or replacement. No other product returns are accepted.
In order to receive a credit for a returned product, you must notify, and get approval from our office within five business days of receiving the order. Please contact us before shipping any product back.
To receive credit for returned product(s), you must:
• Notify Customer Service at (303) 845-1827 within five business days of receiving the order to report the error or issue.
• Include your original invoice and order number.
• Ensure that any products ordered in error remain un-opened, un-marked, and in a sellable condition.
We're sorry but, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products sold internationally.
Long Natural Health is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, returned or undelivered mail. By agreeing to the terms and conditions the customer assumes full responsibility for their order after we hand it off to the shipping carrier. If you choose a DDU option for your shipping, then you are responsible for taxes and duties to be paid in your country. If you return to sender, because you won't pay the duties, we will not refund your order.
