All items shipped within the continental USA + Alaska & Hawaii can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original form of payment. In order to return an item, it must be unopened and unused. Sorry, we are not able to accept returns on international orders, or orders over 30 days old.

Return Instructions:

Step 1:

Contact Customer Service at 888-337-0511 or email info@longnaturalhealth.com to initiate the return process. 

Step 2:

Safely package your items in sturdy packaging. Note that our eco friendly bubble mailers have a second adhesive tab, and can be reused for returns. We must receive the product(s) being returned in new, unopened condition. We are not responsible for items that are broken or damaged in transit. 

Step 3:

Step 4:

Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it mailed to us. Please include a copy of your receipt with your package. 

When will I Receive a Refund?

 Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed the following business day. Most of the time the funds are reflected back to your account within 3-5 business days. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we received your item, please contact us at 888-337-0511 so that we can assist you further.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

If you received your order and it is either damaged or incorrect, please call us at 888-337-0511 and we will immediately correct it! If you made an error and want to return or exchange an item - no problem! Just follow the return process as listed above and we will take care of it. We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in perfect condition. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging. We require that you email us photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging in order to file a claim and for a replacement to be issued.
