I find it better using it directly into my food. I take so many other supplements in the form of tablets and pills, it's nice to just eat it, like ingesting nutrients through the food itself.

Looked around for a good E. Couldn’t find one better
Easy. Can apply topically or put in food. I use it both ways. Yes, it is expensive, but I don’t think you can find a full spectrum E for any less. I tried. If you know of one, let me know.
