Progest E Oil is not affected by the heat during the shipping process. Progest E is very stable. Upon receipt, though it is not required, it is recommended to refrigerate the Progest E if the weather if very hot, or for long-term storage to preserve its shelf life of 2 years. It is important to store Progest E out of direct light, which prevents product degradation.
The resin used to make the bottle does not contain—BPAs, phthalates—or any other toxic chemicals listed for example under Proposition 65 in California or any other international toxics regulatory body.

- In this 10% solution of Progest-E Oil Complex, one drop contains about 6 milligrams of natural progesterone.
- The size of the drops will vary depending on several factors for example, the amount of pressure applied squeezing the bottle, and the temperature of the solution.
- A 60 mg drop contains 6 milligrams of progesterone and is a common minimum amount to use. An unpopped kernel of popcorn looks the same size as a 60 mg drop of Progest-E and can be used as a reference. There are approximately 560 drops weighing 60 mg in each 34 ml bottle. It is not necessary to be exact using this product. Use as needed.

Dispensing and Storage Tips:
Prolonged exposure to high temperatures and natural light is known to reduce the shelf life of natural vitamin E. To get the greatest benefit from the natural vitamin E in Progest-E, keep the product refrigerated (does not have to be), or in a cool dark place.
If you do refrigerate, and the bottle is too cold, the drops won't be easy to measure, so estimate (it is unnecessary to be exact, use as needed), or let it warm up outside the refrigerator for 20-30 min or so. It is only necessary to refrigerate in hot or long term storage conditions. Get an idea of your desired amount when the liquid is at room temperature. Then when it is cold estimate that similar amount.
Storing the bottle upside down also ensures that the solution is always in the dropper tip ready for use. Note: Do not store upside down when the bottle is full because the liquid will dispense too quickly. Store right side up until it becomes difficult to squeeze out liquid from the bottle.
What about the Soy in Progest E?
The vitamin E in the Progest-E Oil Complex is derived from NON-GMO soy. The vitamin E used in Progest-E is of the highest quality and purification level and it does not contain soybean oil or soy proteins, those with allergies should have no problem with this product as any undesirable substance found in soybeans are eliminated during the extraction of vitamin E.

Worked well
I ordered Progest-E to help treat PMS symptoms (tender breasts, extreme fatigue, some breakouts, water retention and lots of mood swings - anxiety / crying a lot etc). I used the starting suggested dose of 3 drops a dose, 5 times per day for 10 days prior to my period. I have to say, even though I've only used once, it worked pretty well. I could still tell I was PMS-ing ever so slightly but it reduced almost all of the aforementioned symptoms. I also did not experience any sedative effects which I was concerned about since I was taking throughout the work day. I plan to continue use during my next cycle. I wanted to leave this review because the other reviews helped me make the decision to give it a try. I think it is worth a try for severe PMS!

this is an excellent product. I learned about it from Dr. Ray Peat, a nutritionist, specializing in hormones. The natural progesterone gives me more energy. I can't be without it. It has a balancing effect on hormones.

Excellent Product
I waited 3 months before I gave a review. The first month was challenging. I was taking other supplements for hot flashes and they worked. I wanted to scale back on all these supplements. A neighbor recommended this product. It took a couple weeks but no more hot flashes. Will stick with this product. 3 drops in the morning is all I need after taking recommended drops in the beginning when I first started product. It last a long time.

VERY effective
