If the weather is hot where you live, there is no need to worry about Progest E being affected by the heat during the shipping process. Progest E is very stable. Upon receipt, though it is not required, it is recommended to refrigerate the Progest E for the very best storage conditions, which will preserve its shelf life of 2 years. It is important to store Progest E out of direct light, which prevents product degradation.
The resin used to make the bottle does not contain—BPAs, phthalates—or any other toxic chemicals listed for example under Proposition 65 in California or any other international toxics regulatory body.
If the bottle is too cold the drops won't be easy to measure, so estimate (it is unnecessary to be exact, use as needed), or let it warm up outside the refrigerator for 30 min or so (see more information in instructions). It is only necessary to refrigerate in hot or long term storage conditions.
Get an idea of your desired amount when the liquid is at room temperature. Then when it is cold estimate that similar amount.

What about the Soy in Progest E?
The vitamin E in the Progest-E Complex is derived from NON-GMO soy. The vitamin E used in Progest-E is of the highest quality and purification level and it does not contain soybean oil or soy proteins. People with soy allergies should have no problem with this product. There are several undesirable substances found in whole soybeans, but they are all eliminated during the extraction of vitamin E.

Very Helpful Oil
This progesterone oil has been a life saver in our household! My youngest daughter has severe menstrual cramps to the point of vomiting and not being able to hold any medication down, and shaking. It’s a step away from her body going into shock because of the pain. Since we started with the oil, the severe pain has subsided although she still takes pain medication because she still has cramps, just not as severe. The dosage is taken at night bc it affects her mood if taken during the day. She starts 10 days before her period is due. At this point she takes one drop per night, but we may increase the dosage this month to see if it helps even more. But at least we have something now that prevents her from missing out on school and activities each month.

So, as you whom experience this also. That is no life. Impossible to be reliable as an employee. Then as for our family. The time it steals from them and us as mother's. It's unbearable. And and and.... After years of no answers. I finally received power of knowledge. Through a very wise man. Whom lost his wife to breast cancer. So had a drive seek answers and then dedicated the remainder of his life, to educate and empower women. ( Thankyou Keven Crabtree, may you be always rest in peace) This Man directed me to find avenues that offered self education through research, networking. Conversations. Facts not neccassarily exposed to the majority. Which eventually led me to Progest E. Dr.Peats was affordable and obtainable. Which was what my choice re 'brand' came down to. After ingredients that is. Bare with me. I'm trying to pack as much knowledge in as few words as possible. My journey included research, open minded doctors input. Most Significantly my accupuntuter and naturopath's advice and treatments. Accunpunter was the for years the only treatment that gave relief for my symptoms. Yet it was unfortunately too expensive to maintain. Naturopathy and HONEST Doctors, unafraid to admit, that the medical feild, Simply does not have enough knowledge as yet, on hormones. Led to my getting a very expensive blood test. For a Hormone count. This test proved to be invaluable. As it provided evidence. That one of the three estrogens we make, was exceptionally low. However I was infact still estrogen dominant. Due to the other two estrogens . Along with other useful facts. Such as medium low progesterone levels. Which is why hormone replacement therapy ( HRT) in particular Estrogens replacement. Are heard to be a known risk in cancer. Progesterone supports the natural growth and balance in estrogens production. Opposed to only filling the system with a high load of estrogens all at once. Whether sythnetic or natural. The same applies. Though synthetic is more dangerous. Simply because it was developed, before the on going knowledge of hormones is being discovered. I'm not a doctor. I am patient. Simply hoping to share as safely as I can. My 12 years developments in both learning about hormones. and taking Progest E. Has been life changing. It's sad we are not educated enough as yet to know our hormones better. However shared knowledge, is what empowered and my body, control and management. I hope this review helps others do the same.
