If the weather is hot where you live, there is no need to worry about Progest E being affected by the heat during the shipping process. Progest E is very stable. Upon receipt, though it is not required, it is recommended to refrigerate the Progest E for the very best storage conditions, which will preserve its shelf life of 2 years. It is important to store Progest E out of direct light, which prevents product degradation.
The resin used to make the bottle does not contain—BPAs, phthalates—or any other toxic chemicals listed for example under Proposition 65 in California or any other international toxics regulatory body.
If the bottle is too cold the drops won't be easy to measure, so estimate (it is unnecessary to be exact, use as needed), or let it warm up outside the refrigerator for 30 min or so (see more information in instructions). It is only necessary to refrigerate in hot or long term storage conditions.
Get an idea of your desired amount when the liquid is at room temperature. Then when it is cold estimate that similar amount.

- The size of the drops will vary depending on several factors for example, the amount of pressure applied squeezing the bottle, and the temperature of the solution.
- A 60 mg drop contains 6 milligrams and is a common minimum amount to use. An unpopped kernel of popcorn looks the same size as a 60 mg drop of Progest-E and can be used as a reference for people who don’t have a scale for weighing small drops. There are approximately 560 drops weighing 60 mg in each 34 ml bottle. It is not necessary to be exact using this product. Use as needed.

What about the Soy in Progest E?
The vitamin E in the Progest-E Complex is derived from NON-GMO soy. The vitamin E used in Progest-E is of the highest quality and purification level and it does not contain soybean oil or soy proteins. People with soy allergies should have no problem with this product. There are several undesirable substances found in whole soybeans, but they are all eliminated during the extraction of vitamin E.

I have tried a different Progesterone product in the past but I had to stop after a few days as it did not make me feel good. I felt angry and had the feeling that the Progesterone was rather converted to Cortisol. Every time I took it I felt very depressed and agitated. I was about to give up but my Estrogen and my Cortisol was so high I had to do something to lower it. I once again looked at the work of Ray Peat and this time I understood the importance of taking Progesterone. I ordered this product because of him - to honor him - and because I trusted his formulation according to his wisdom. I did not expect that this product would work for me, but it did. In fact, I started very very slow with a tiny drop only and planned to go slow, increasing the dose weekly. I could not wait to increase the dose, so I went all out the next day, dosing 3 large drops on a spoon and it worked. I take it before bedtime and nest the Progest-E in my gums and fall asleep. Along with Progesterone I also started to take pure Aspirin 3 x a day (325 mg) and I added Vit E and niacinaminde to my regimen to lower inflammation. I feel so much better and I am so grateful to have bought this product. Thank you, Ray Peat, and thank you guys who continue his legacy. Amazing product.

Can't live without
I started using this only two weeks ago. Immediately noticed feeling calmer throughout my day and especially at night. I mixed a few drops in with my face lotion, I've woke up repeatedly with less puffiness and water retention in my face! I'm so happy I found this and will continue to use it.

No More Severe Period Pain
I'm a woman of 28 and my whole life I've had extremely severe period cramps, so bad I will puke from the pain. 9/10 bad. I've never taken hormonal birth controls for this because I am concerned about their side effects and want to contninue having a true cycle. After taking Progest-e for 3 months, my pain during my period is now completely manageable with just two 500mg naproxen pills on the first day of my period. All my PMS symptoms are significantly reduced, my energy is a lot better, and I no longer have to stop living my life for 2-3 days out of every month. So grateful life changing product for me <3 Working with a naturopath to try to improve my overall health so I might produce more progesterone on my own now too. <3 thank you :)

I love Progest E. Its one product I would take with me if I was stranded on an island. Its helped me get rid of the fibrocystic painful breasts, gives me a sense of peace and calm also.

Solid Product - Not Necessarily What I Though
M27 - After about a month I’ve definitely been more relaxed and stress resistant since using this product. I’m still sleeping 9-10hrs per night if I’m not careful. The results were not as groundbreaking as some say while I was researching, but Progest E definitely has a real and noticeable impact day-to-day. Other supplements you get at the drug store practically do nothing in comparison to one kernel of this every 2-3 days. You can’t beat the price. For $40, I would recommend to anyone to at least give it a shot. Ultimately the true impact probably depends on lifestyle of the individual. 4/5 stars simply bc the other reviews make it seem like we’re curing everything, when the reality is more like a simple healthy reset.
