If the weather is hot where you live, there is no need to worry about Progest E being affected by the heat during the shipping process. Progest E is very stable. Upon receipt, though it is not required, it is recommended to refrigerate the Progest E for the very best storage conditions, which will preserve its shelf life of 2 years. It is important to store Progest E out of direct light, which prevents product degradation.
The resin used to make the bottle does not contain—BPAs, phthalates—or any other toxic chemicals listed for example under Proposition 65 in California or any other international toxics regulatory body.
If the bottle is too cold the drops won't be easy to measure, so estimate (it is unnecessary to be exact, use as needed), or let it warm up outside the refrigerator for 30 min or so (see more information in instructions). It is only necessary to refrigerate in hot or long term storage conditions.
Get an idea of your desired amount when the liquid is at room temperature. Then when it is cold estimate that similar amount.

An unpopped kernel of popcorn looks the same size as a 60 mg drop of Progest-E and can be used as a reference for people who don’t have a scale for weighing small drops. There are approximately 560 drops weighing 60 mg in each 34 ml bottle. It is not necessary to be exact using this product. Use as needed.

What about the Soy in Progest E?
The vitamin E in the Progest-E Complex is derived from NON-GMO soy. The vitamin E used in Progest-E is of the highest quality and purification level and it does not contain soybean oil or soy proteins. People with soy allergies should have no problem with this product. There are several undesirable substances found in whole soybeans, but they are all eliminated during the extraction of vitamin E.

Wao! I was mind blown
I bought this product not expecting a whole lot. I opened the little container at the mailbox when it arrived, and went up 3 floors to my apartment. It literally felt like only 8-10 minutes had passed, but maybe 15. My whole mood changed for the better. I exercised and got my first pump in 2-3 years. It made me realise that my testo and altogether my hormones were messed up. Its been now 2 weeks since i started taking it and I have lost about 7-8 pounds. A combination of both water and fat. Before, losing weight was impossible. This gave me an understanding of how important balanced hormones are, not only to metabolism and a sense of wellbeing and mood, but the function of my whole body. My days start earlier now and end later. I cant believe my testo was son bad. Never tested it, but i was reluctant to use HRT because of the side effects. Now, I have not had a massive difference in mood after that first day. What i have now are sustained good moods mostly and I feel much stronger overall and my recovery is, at least, double improved.

Difficult to measure out
It is hard to get the oil to come out in drops, so it is difficult to really measure how much you are getting. I ordered this because the other Progesterone oil I get was out of stock. I prefer the oils that are more fluid and not super thick like this. I also prefer to have it in a glass bottle, but this only comes in the plastic. The progesterone helps me to sleep at night. Nice to have on hand since my usual brand was not available, but not my first choice due to the thickness and the fact that it's in plastic. LNH Response: We are never out of stock and have speedy service, and we are happy you found us! We suggest you can leave the bottle out of the refrigerator or let sit in warm (not hot) water to thin. You can get a good idea of the amount when thin, then when thick you can approximate same amount. Really, a product like this it is unnecessary to be concerned about taking the same amount all the time. The plastic bottle is unbreakable, non toxic, and an excellent way to deliver natural progesterone. Wishing you the best in health!

I have only been using it for a few days but I feel calmer, sleeping better, more relaxed in general. I did feel like my mood was lowered, but I think that may be an adjustment from the anxiousness I had been feeling on a regular basis. Overall enjoying this product so far.
