If the weather is hot where you live, there is no need to worry about Progest E being affected by the heat during the shipping process. Progest E is very stable. Upon receipt, though it is not required, it is recommended to refrigerate the Progest E for the very best storage conditions, which will preserve its shelf life of 2 years. It is important to store Progest E out of direct light, which prevents product degradation.
The resin used to make the bottle does not contain—BPAs, phthalates—or any other toxic chemicals listed for example under Proposition 65 in California or any other international toxics regulatory body.
If the bottle is too cold the drops won't be easy to measure, so estimate (it is unnecessary to be exact, use as needed), or let it warm up outside the refrigerator for 30 min or so (see more information in instructions). It is only necessary to refrigerate in hot or long term storage conditions.
Get an idea of your desired amount when the liquid is at room temperature. Then when it is cold estimate that similar amount.

An unpopped kernel of popcorn looks the same size as a 60 mg drop of Progest-E and can be used as a reference for people who don’t have a scale for weighing small drops. There are approximately 560 drops weighing 60 mg in each 34 ml bottle. It is not necessary to be exact using this product. Use as needed.

What about the Soy in Progest E?
The vitamin E in the Progest-E Complex is derived from NON-GMO soy. The vitamin E used in Progest-E is of the highest quality and purification level and it does not contain soybean oil or soy proteins. People with soy allergies should have no problem with this product. There are several undesirable substances found in whole soybeans, but they are all eliminated during the extraction of vitamin E.

Just started using this according to Dr. Peat protocol. I feel I need progesterone as estrogen is in a lot of packaging we touch and it leaches into our foods . Even Dr. Mercola recommends progesterone.. Will have to give this at least 3 months to see if my sleep improves and ,hip and abdomen menopause fat respond. to counteract high cortisol.

Effective product
I have been taking this for years now, lately only in the morning. I am in that perimenopause menopause transition. So I have ( usually) 7 day break per month. Well somehow I have forgotten this time to go back on my progest e oil after the 7 days and weeks after I have first piercing pain in my thumbs on one spot , then on both, my feet, ankles… Everything started aching for no reason. Until the penny dropped. I had forgotten about my progest -e ritual in the morning. Guess what I have ordered today ??
