    I've had hay fever and now cedar fever symptoms since 5 years old. Got alergy shots at the Mayo Clinic for years. Tried almost every over the counter anti-histimine product on the market. Some worked, most made me drowsy. Not AllerCaps. Once I figured out the loading dose, now I just take 1-2 capsules / day when the allergy season hits. This product is amazing in clearing up allergy symptoms without making me drowsy.
