    I follow a well known writer and pharmacist on thyroid disease, Izabella Wentz, and she said in one of her newsletters that if somebody would force you to only take one supplement, that would be NAC! Wow...then I read about how it helps detox from all these environmental toxins that we breathe every day, and eat, and put on our skin, etc. So now it is one of the supplements I take every morning.
