Recommended Use: Consume 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times a day, for a total of 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) daily. We recommend beginning with a few drops to a 1/2 teaspoon, and slowly building up to 1 Tablespoon per day. As the body heals you may have some healing and cleansing affects, if so, back off and build up at a slower pace.
For Sinus Spray: With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely 2 - 3 times. Use as needed. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.
